Employees of public utilities liquidate the aftermath of a snow cyclone in Vladivostok, Primorsky krai region, Russia. The authorities of Primorye have introduced a state of emergency in the region due to a snow cyclone. For two days, precipitation in the form of rain and snow did not stop. Meteorologists recorded an extremely high thickness of icing of wires and trees-up to 12 millimeters. Over the past 30 years, this has not been observed in the region.
