In this handout photo released by the Committee for emergency situations of Kazakhstan's Interior Ministry, Emergency Situations officers work at the site of the Bek Air airline's Fokker 100 passenger plane crash outside Almaty, Kazakhstan. The plane heading from Almaty to the Kazakh capital of Nur-Sultan with almost 100 people on board, crashed earlier in the day soon after take-off.
