Azerbaijani refugee Khalig Gumbatov, who left the village of Sugovushan in 1992 during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War, takes a selfie as he has come back to his home village for the first time, in Sugovushan, Tartar District, Azerbaijan. Gumbatov plans to return to Sugovushan from a refugee village in Tartar where he lives. On October 3, Azerbaijan liberated seven settlements along the line of contact in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh, including Sugovushan. On the same day Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev changed the name of the village back from Madaghis to Sugovushan.
