A man loads a fir tree cut down at a specially allotted area in the Trans-Baikal Territory on the top of a car. On certain days, every resident of Chita is allowed to choose and cut down a fir tree for New Year holidays under the supervision of foresters. For that one has to produce their passport copy and payment receipt to an official at the Trans-Baikal Territory Forestry Offices Directorate.
