In this handout video grab released by the Russian Defence Ministry, a Belarusian serviceman, part of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) peacekeeping forces, is pictured before boarding a Russian Ilyushin Il-76 military transport aircraft to depart to Kazakhstan at the Machulishchy airfield outside Minsk, Belarus. CSTO decided to deploy the Collective Peacekeeping Forces to Kazakhstan after a relevant request by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
