In this handout video published by the Russian Defence Ministry, military equipment is unloaded from the Il-76 military transport aircraft at the airport of Almaty, Kazakhstan. The CSTO decided to deploy Collective Peacekeeping Forces in Kazakhstan after a relevant request by Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
