Russia is granting an additional 90 days to all foreign nationals who are staying in Russia on a visa during the pandemic, regardless of the purpose of their visit. Since 31 March, St Petersburg has been on lockdown. As of 2 April 2020, Russia has reported more than 3,500 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus, with more than 147 confirmed cases in St Petersburg.
