In this handout photo released by Suez Canal Press Service, Admiral Osama Rabie, Chairman and Managing Director of the Suez Canal Authority, watches the operation of unblocking the Ever Given container ship that ran aground in the Suez Canal, blocking vessels passing through, Egypt. The 400m-long container ship blocked the Suez Canal as it was knocked off course during a sandstorm on 23 March while en route from China to Rotterdam, Netherlands. About 12% of global trade passes through the canal, which connects the Mediterranean Sea to the Red Sea and provides the shortest sea link between Asia and Europe.
