Rossiya Segodnya special photojournalist, many-time prize winner Vladimir Vyatkin took third place in the Hamdan International Photography Award (HIPA) in the General category with his photo "A Strict Referee." The photo was taken in 1996 and is part of a series of photos featuring the everyday life of the mountain village of Dzhalgan in Dagestan's Derbent District.
