Azerbaijani refugee Khalig Gumbatov, who left the village of Sugovushan in 1992 during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War, poses with a captured rifle in an Armenian military settlement as he has come back for the first time to his home village, in Sugovushan, Tartar District, Azerbaijan. Gumbatov plans to return to Sugovushan from a refugee village in Tartar where he lives. On October 3, Azerbaijan liberated seven settlements along the line of contact in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh, including Sugovushan. On the same day Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev changed the name of the village back from Madaghis to Sugovushan.
