The full-space mode of the liquid rocket engine, NK-33, shown at the exhibition of Cosmonautics and Aviation Center which will be opened at renewed pavillion No 34, Space, at VDNKh. The engine's development commenced in 1959 to implement the Soviet lunar program. The engine's operation started in 2013 as a first-stage vehicle of the Soyuz-2.1v light-class carrier rocket. The engine's modification was used in 2013-2014 as a first-stage vehicle of the middle class Antares carrier rocket.
