A rise of water in the rivers Ishim and Karasul in the town of Ishim, Tyumen Region. The source of the flood in Ishim was a large volume of water discharged from a reservoir in Kazakhstan, and the actual discharge was much higher than the declared one, according to the region's Governor Vladimir Yakushev.
