The preparations for the launch of a Proton-M rocket with a Briz-M upper-stage rocket that is to put into orbit a Norwegian THOR-2R satellite continue under the plan. On Wednesday specialists of the Khrunichev State Science and Production Center completed the construction of the spacehead of the rocket consisting of the KA THOR-2R, an adapter system and a Briz-M upper-stage rocket and began to install the nose cone. The launch of the Proton-M rocket is set for February 10, 2008.
